We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from our website. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all items except starter kits and disposables. For starter kits and disposables, we will issue a credit or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must communicate directly with our customer service team via phone or email before the 14th day since purchase. We will not accept returns or exchanges without prior communication with our customer service team.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that have been used, or damaged by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. If a customer opts for an exchange, we will ship the new item to them once we receive the original item.
Shipping
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
